• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We are based in Canada and totally ship to US and International!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 5 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What does [Pre-Order] before the item mean?

  This means the item cannot be shipped out right away once it is bought. You will have to wait for it to be produced and then shipped out accordingly!

• When do orders ship?

  Orders will ship twice a month on Friday's generally!
  If news of the pandemic numbers start to rise in Ontario they will drop to once a month and generally near the end of the month so all of the orders are properly captured.
